During a short residency at Xenia Creative Retreat, I worked on illustrations for Beyond Botanical, using the time to test and select the material approach an techniques that would shape the visual language of my first book.

Included in FLOWERS: Flora in Contemporary Art and Culture, my work was presented within the section Flowers in Fashion, where tattooing entered the exhibition as a form of botanical adornment.

At Chelsea Physic Garden, I worked directly with its medicinal plant collection, translating this research into a live tattoo session carried out within the garden as part of a public programme.

From 2023 to 2024, I took part in a residency at the Sarabande Foundation. During this time, I focused on painting and material experimentation, developing processes that would shape the direction of the work that followed.

During a residency in Nosara, I worked with local residents through both tattooing and temporary drawings on skin, which became the basis for a series of photographic collaborations developed across the surrounding landscape.

As part of London Craft Week, I was invited by the William Morris Gallery to develop a site-specific project based on its archive, translating Morris’s botanical designs into my own practice and presented through a live tattoo performance.
